1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

UDEKS provides educational digital content. This includes:

2. PURCHASE PROCESS AND DELIVERY

Upon successful payment on the Purchase Site ([https://udeks.com/]):

The system will automatically generate and provide a unique License Key.
The User will receive a PDF file containing instructions, educational materials, or access credentials.
The User is granted access to the specific course content on the Educational Platform.

Note: Delivery is considered complete at the moment the License Key and PDF file are sent to the user's provided email address or displayed on the confirmation screen.

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

No Refunds: Since the products are digital files (PDF) and unique License Keys which cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the digital asset is delivered.
Immediate Access: By making a purchase, you expressly represent that you wish to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.

4. LICENSE AND USAGE LIMITS

When you purchase a course, UDEKS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not share your License Key with third parties.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or broadcast the PDF files or video content.
Systematic downloading of content or using automated scripts to extract data is strictly prohibited.

One License Key is intended for one individual user. We reserve the right to terminate access without a refund if suspicious activity (e.g., login from multiple different IP addresses simultaneously) is detected.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via [https://udeks.com/]. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOME

The educational materials provided are for informational and self-development purposes. While we strive for high-quality content, UDEKS does not guarantee specific results, emotional recovery, or life changes. The "success" of any course depends on the user's individual efforts and circumstances.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
