1. Nature of Our Products

All products offered through UDEKS are digital goods — such as downloadable files, software, templates, graphics, courses, or other electronic content — which are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in specific circumstances described below.


2. No Physical Returns

We do not sell or ship physical goods.
All products are delivered electronically to the email address or account provided during checkout.
Therefore, there is no requirement to return any item to receive support or resolution.


3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase:
    You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

  • Technical Issues:
    You were unable to download or access the product due to a verified technical problem on our end, and our support team could not resolve the issue.

  • Defective Product File:
    The file provided is damaged, corrupted, or incomplete, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase and provide:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or payment confirmation), and

  • A detailed description of the issue encountered.

If your request meets the conditions above, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake.

  • You do not have sufficient technical knowledge or compatible software to use the product.

  • You failed to download the product within the available access period.

  • You claim dissatisfaction with the product’s features after receiving access, unless the item is demonstrably defective.

5. Download and Access Issues

If you have not received your download link or access email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Verify that your payment was successfully completed.

We will resend your product access or restore your download link if possible.

7. Chargebacks
